Just wanted to say hi. Haven't been on LJ in a long time. Just working a lot, taking care of my mom, Troy, the kittehs, & the house when I can. Still determined to be organized! Haven't posted in a really long time, but HAPPY HALLOWEEN to all my friends! I'm excited about dressing up for work tomorrow, have a steampunk outfit! Well, our Christmas celebration time is almost over, and I can't say that I'm sorry. It's been such a busy, hectic time this year, not totally unenjoyable but a bit stressful. Question!
Does anyone know the name of that group of older folks that go around to prisons & such & sing for them? They've become quite popular, & there has been a documentary made about them. They sing rock songs, like Springsteen & Queen. If you can tell me their name or the name of the documentary I'd appreciate it!! Thanks in advance. -

they just played a promo for Martha Stewart's new fall season...they used the song "Pour Some Sugar On ME" & showed her making desserts. At the end she smiles & says, "Sweet!" It was TOO funny! -

so freaking off tomorrow! thank heavens. today was so, so, so busy, i didn't get out of there until after 2:30-i was so exhausted i took a nap when i got home; didn't even turn on the tv, just threw off my scrubs and threw myself into the bed. felt a lot better for it, although i'm still tired.
