“Well. This is awkward.”

Flack rolled his eyes back in the direction of the man sitting next to him. He was slowly getting used to the whole “vampires are real” thing, but being tied a guy who just wouldn’t shut up. And while normally he wanted people to talk-it was part of his job, after all-this was bordering on a little ridiculous.

“Yeah. You’re tellin’ me.”

Xander nodded quietly for a moment. “Well, at least you’re better company than Spike. He shit in a fight now that he’s human again.”

Flack blinked at him for a moment, before tilting his head backwards so that he could look at the guy behind him. “Who is Spike and what was he before he was human ( ... )
