“You know, just because I’m a Watcher doesn’t mean I’m your ‘Get out of Jail Free’ card.”

Wesley looked up at the woman standing in front of him, taking a breath and hoping that he could convince her that this was the right thing to do. He knew the fact that he was in an interrogation room wasn’t really doing him any favors, but he wasn’t here on his behalf-he was there for someone else. “It’s not for me, Lindsay. It’s for someone else.”

“Okay, then that definitely means I’m not a ‘Get out of Jail Free’ card,” she sighed heavily, before crossing her arms in front of her chest, watching him for a moment. Wesley matched her stare, hoping that the silent communication conveyed just how serious this situation was. She watched him for a moment, before pulling out the chair across the table from him, and sitting down. “Okay. You have five minutes to give me every detail you can about what’s going on, and then I will see what I can do but seriously, Wes. This is the last time, okay ( ... )
