So...does anyone else like to cook?

As some of you might know, I've long been on a quest to figure out the secrets of cooking (beyond the very basics), however, I've run into a few problems:
  1--It's very boring (not to mention wasteful) to cook entire meals for only one person 
  2--When I cook by myself, I'm likely to forget what I'm doing and wander off for extended periods of time

I am interested, and I think Evan may be also...she is vegetarian, so we'll plan to work around that--it's not anyone else's responsibility to do so. Keep me posted on dates, and I'll work in the ones I can...
