Geez, do I understand how you feel.

Also, thanks for speaking up in this particular instance. I was really, really bothered by what she said, and I'm pretty sure someone else would have pointed it out if you hadn't first. It was downright offensive at worst, and bratty at best, since she'd already made her personal opinion on how things should be handled and why known several times, and it did very much come across as "I am right, I know better, how care anyone disagree!"
