The first ep of xxxHolic airs on TBS tonight in the dead of the night at 25:25 (i.e. 1:25am). So last night I asked okaasan if she could enter it in for recording (most Japanese houses have digital TV, so navigating to future programs to record is really convenient). But it wasn't there!! Whoa, the campus and buses have been so packed this week it's almost scary. The normal Japanese semester starts next week, so this week has been some sort of pre-start week, with the Entrance Ceremony, compulsory physical checkups and what not. Yes. My 21st. Oral exam today, listening exam tomorrow, reading and writing exam on Friday. But I'm spending my 21st in Japan, so that in itself is one of the greatest ways I could think of to spend my birthday. ^^ 頑張ります！

Argh, okay, so I'm sick. In Japan. :( One of the things I really didn't want to happen. I hate, hate, hate being sick anytime, but even more so when I'm away from home.
