xxxHolic premieres tonight! For people who get TBS, anyway.
The first ep of xxxHolic airs on TBS tonight in the dead of the night at 25:25 (i.e. 1:25am). So last night I asked okaasan if she could enter it in for recording (most Japanese houses have digital TV, so navigating to future programs to record is really convenient). But it wasn't there!! The equivalent for TBS in the Kansai region is MBS so we searched, but still no avail. Okaasan said that the days may be different according to region so we'd have to check the newspaper TV guide everyday. Okay, so today I decided to try and find out what day xxxHolic would start airing in good ol' Osaka, and while I was Googling I came across a Japanese girl's blog. And apparently, it doesn't start airing on MBS till the 15th April, and at 27:25 (i.e. 3:25am, do not ask me about the Japanese time system ^^;;). So, looks like people not in the Kanto region have to wait around a week before being able to see it. Ironic, but if I were at home in Australia, I could have seen it before the people in Osaka. XD XD
