It doesn't matter what I ultimatelty decide, its going to disappoint someone. Someone who I love, someone who's opinion matters to me, somebody close

You need to let go.

But that is often very difficult to do.

You just need to accept that no matter what you do, someone will always be offended/upset by what you say/do.
