Figs, Farms and Cyclopses

I just ate a pint of fresh figs. Aphrodisiac doesn't even begin to describe figs. The pink fleshy insides and strange earthy sweet taste... and that photo of Dan... er...

Okay, this weekend it is. Me too. I've been thinking about it all week and I've come to the conclusion that I must be a major wimp! I'm so hesitant and it's not like I have any personal experience with (guessing here - rape), so I'm not expecting my buttons to be pushed or something... I think I'm just scared to read about serious suffering and injustice. (man those words so do not convey what I mean). But, LOL, it would probably help me with my own story! Okay, I'm going to do it! This weekend - probably Sunday.

Haha! No, you're not a wimp. I've gotten that before, actually. A lot of people tell me that they were hesitant about reading it because the summary is really sad and the title of the story is a turn-off. Who wants to read about suffering and unfairness of life - to put it lightly? I wasn't crazy about the idea when it popped into my head, but that damn plot bunny wouldn't leave me alone...no matter how many carrots I fed it. *grumbles* Greedy beast. I'll admit, it gets tense for a while there, but there are some light parts in it...randomly funny parts. I have an odd sense of humor.

Oh, its going to be FFNet for me. It's not up to date on GE, yet. Like the middle part of the story isn't beta'd yet. We're working on that. Or, my beta is. Poor thing.

I don't think I could live in the country. I used to think I could, but after SF, Seattle, LA, Minneapolis, and now Portland, I'm pretty sure that I need the cultural stimulation (and other people who also need the cultural stimulation. But Portland has lots of farms in and nearby, so I get the best of both worlds. Mt. Hood keeps a close eye on us:

Isn't that review funny! It was on ff.net so it's not a shocker. They also told me my characters were out of character. Um, I guess so...whatever. I did have one person on aff - not a cyclops - ask if Draco telling her what to do was as far as the D/s BDSM was going to go. I realize that they might be asking about ropes and floggers, and not submission...

Anyway, I've been pondering that one quite a bit... I have some decisions to make.

We're thinking along the same lines. It's kind of odd as I've never thought about it before, but I think that my Draco has a bit of an obsession with making her show herself to him. It seems to be a strong theme as you will see. I guess when I think it about it now, it has to do with feeling beautiful and sexy. Like have you ever looked at someone and just wanted to stare at them because they were so captivating? I get that with women a lot. I don't really want to do anything with them (yes, I know this from experience), I just want to look at them, and maybe touch them the way you'd touch a beautiful sculpture.... (ooh, that's going IN).

Anyway, I agree that the focus should be on the relationship. And, Draco's dirty mouth will stay dirty. I promise you that! ;P

Portland, Ore, I suppose? I lived outside of Seattle for two years, and I still dream about it, and that was many, many years ago. You are very, very lucky.

Making babies is not as much fun as practicing making babies. So go practice some more. And you need to try different stuff, you know, for the different babies. (make sense? no? that's okay)

Yup, Portland, OR. Love it! It's been 3 years and I am still IN love with it. I walk around and just sigh with delight. Why did you ever leave???? My boss keeps trying to get me to move to the Marin area just North of San Francisco (Napa, Sebastapol, and the like) but nope, I love it here and I'm not moving (unless she doubled my salary).

What? Making babies not fun? Well, the TRYING to make babies is certainly fun. And yeah, we're trying all kinds of different stuff! LOL! Actually, my husband who claims to have not yet read the sex chapter of my story kinda shocked me last night with something that was practically right out of the story! Surprising but it rocked! And we've been trying now for almost a year and we really really want children, so I'm not worried about the any lack of fun with being pregnant.

I didn't get any photos of the DILFs. These photos aren't even from last night. I didn't have my camera *whhahaaaa* *pouts* I'm sorry! But my God, they were everywhere! The one sitting in front of us was particularly tasty. Very tall, beautiful strong but slim build, a quality long-sleeve t-shirt (idk, i love men in long-sleeve ts), and incredible inky dark eyes. It was VERY hard not to stare as he was facing me most of the night.

Yeah, and his wife was rather lovely too. *scowl* But then, I had my own tall drink of water, so I survived. Plus, my man can BOOOGIE! Mad rhythm, I'm tellin' ya!
