Just watched The Jane Austen Book Club. It was very enjoyable. I'm not going to say that it was the best movie ever, but it certainly didn't let me down. Lariope and I were just talking about this. Every time one of these episodes comes on, you start to panic, silently, inside: Is this it? Will I never write again? Is this the last time?

I thought The Jane Austen Book Club was adorable. I loved Grigg relating the Fanny/Edmund relationship from Mansfield Park to Luke & Leia. I read the book as well, but this is one of the rare cases when I enjoyed the film better.
Speaking of Jane, I just watched this movie on Netflix called Lost in Austen. It was a BBC miniseries about a British girl who is a huge Pride and Prejudice fan. Her and Elizabeth Bennett somehow end up switching places, and the girl ends up in the book world. It was cute (not outstanding) and made me think of AU fanfic and Mary Sues.
And I love CelticSass. Acceptable Loss and If at First You Don't Succeed are probably by two faves of hers.
Hope you're feeling well. :)
