This is my Draco/Hermione fic rec list. It's not comprehensive. I'm just adding them as they come to me. And they are not in any order.

1. Gravity by floorcoaster
It's about arranging stacks of books, wall colours, and jumping off a cliff.

2. The Fallout by Sage (everythursday)
Hermione learns about growing up through the redemption of Draco Malfoy.

3. Between Read more... )

You should add these to http://dhr.accio.nu/ as you think of them.

Yeah, it was funny, when I was making the list... My brain kept saying that LF should be on there, but for some reason, I was really pulling towards MTA. I mean, like A LOT. For some reason, it just had an even bigger imapact on me than LF. *snugs you*

1, 2, 4, and 8 are classics - and I am so anxiously awaiting another update to Fallout. What an amazing story. And anything by floorcoaster is a must read, have you read "We Learned the Sea?" OMG - just incredible. Talk about twists and turns, and the emotion - just wrenching, and beautiful.

Damn, I need to go update some of my favorites lists - a few I need to add in. I'm so behind on that.

I have read We Learned the Sea. And it is phenomenal. I agree that anything by floo is a must read. But for some reason this fic, Gravity, astounded me even more. The language was gorgeous and the characterizations were off the charts. There was something so special about Draco's bizarre organization quirks, and Hermione's need to solve the puzzle, and Draco's obsession with gravity and time.... it floored me.

I think WLTS was heavier on plot than Gravity. It had more "story" to it's story, but I'm finding, that I am a huge sucker for characterization. Really, a story could be about absolutely nothing other than the characters, and I think I would be happy.

Either way, floorcoaster is a genius and I am going to be in line waiting for her first novel (published, that is)

I did love Gravity, no doubt about it, but for me, WLTS had me in its thrall from the very first chapter. It's one I saved almost right from the start, because I couldn't bear the thought of it someday vanishing. So much about it just got me - right in the gut - and left me breathless. I was never so sad to see a story end. And the outtakes and extras she later posted were such a bonus, I was so excited when I saw them, it might as well have been Christmas morning! LOL!

She is a phenomenal writer, isn't she? I think I'd read anything she wrote, even the back of a cereal box!

My list would look a little different - though several are the same.

My favorite somandalicious is a tie between The Nothing Fights and cake.

And just wait til you read Draco Malfoy, the Amazing Bouncing Rat...
