have i mentioned lately that i have the best cat in the whole world? i was late to work this morning b/c i was waiting for him to eat before i poked him... & he didn't seem to have food on his mind at all. he's never been very food-oriented, he does not come running when i fill his bowl, & has never gotten excited over treats- he could take 'em or

nah, they've been removed in front (i didn't do it, he came like that). but if i touch his paw, he'll quickly pull it away from me & give me an imperious look, like "what the hell are you thinking, woman?" ye gods, that's cute.

yes, she said it'd be fine- it kinda helps balance him actually, since he gets his shot on a not-full stomach. but when i go back 2 weeks from now, i'll double-check w/ her. i only give him about 3 pea-sized bumps per injection anyway- just enough to get a good taste.
