So the exterminator came today. He determined that our unwanted boarder probably went as soon as he came, and probably through the toilet in the basement. He did a whole walk around in the basement, garage, and outside, giving me tips along the way. He ended up only charging me $35 since he really only did an inspection AND if I see the rat again,
