lol how's that saying go? Work smarter not harder? When I was an on-the-road customer service engineer I had all kinds of things in my kit that the men didn't carry. But then again most them were taller and had longer arms and much more upper body strength.

Yeah, he's a great boss. I'm just excited that my attitude has improved. That always seems to be the crux of my problem.
