How come there is a 9th Doctor tag, but only a !10th Doctor tag, and not a regular 10th Doctor tag?

ETA I must have been reading it wrong, because the "!" is used on the 'net and in fandom for specific reasons; "!" is scripting code for "not", and something like Master!Simm would be read as "OMG John Simm is playing The Master ( Read more... )
