Stupid question re: tags
How come there is a 9th Doctor tag, but only a !10th Doctor tag, and not a regular 10th Doctor tag?
ETA I must have been reading it wrong, because the "!" is used on the 'net and in fandom for specific reasons; "!" is scripting code for "not", and something like Master!Simm would be read as "OMG John Simm is playing The Master??"
So, if it's used for something wholly different here, I'm still not sure I get it, though I guess the explanation of "for most-often-used tags" is as good as any....
