I think I will. I don't have much of a clue as to what this is all about, but what you just added about sharing info is indeed worrisome. And coupled with the fact that LJ was unavailable just now for a few hours, it's a bit eerie. BTW, if you do know the situation well, care to enlighten me in a couple of words?
Well, Lord, the first two paragraphs of the letter sound questionable - it's like you are lecturing them and giving them business advice - unsolicited, I might add. I am sure that they have taken all of the aspects into consideration before signing the deal with SUP - don't you think so, too? :)) Anyway, they sound a bit more patronizing and it's not like you know what is going on there, having not lived there for quite a while.
About the rude customer service - whoever promiced you in livejournal that you will get courteious service? This seems to me a fishy reason.
The only paragraph I would expound on is how you don't want your personal information (whatever it may be) released to russian company.

No, I do not think so.

When SUP employees are ALREADY rude and offensive in LJ, I have an immediate sence of de ja vu.

I guess I am already very used to it, and it is a standard for a US company. I'm sure 6-Apart are also used to understanding that service must be courteous. Damn, even Indians are SO courteous (althugh often useless). The Russians are both useless and rude. :(
The only paragraph I would expound on is how you don't want your personal information (whatever it may be) released to russian company. Yesssss! That's the meat/cheese of the matter. But everything above was necessary to explain to 6-apart why SUP's assurances that, of course, they'll treat customer info with confidentiality are hardly worth much.
Well, I mean, it's your letter and stuff, but I would just leave the meat in and leave out all the other crap - it all is a bunch of generalized and unsubstantiated statements, especially considering the fact that the service has not even started. And as far the Nosik's rudeness is conserned - are you sure he was talking as an official representative of SUP or as just a private person? Because it seems that now he can never be rude in LJ to anyone?

If you agree with the message, why not send 6 Apart something similar? (The address of their "partner relations" department is in the post).
