I saw Star Trek on Friday night and absolutely loved it. So much that I think me flailing about it might be pointless by now but YAY, it fucking rocked. ( Minor spoilery talk )

Seriously considering doing an icon overhaul and adding ten gazillion Spock icons. I... think I have a new crush. Possibly getting the first season of the original series to satisfy my need urge. Whatever. He's neat.

Get in line, sweetie. I've had a crush on Mr. Spock for as long as I can remember. Of course I also had one on Mr. Data from TNG, so I guess that probably says something about my love of emotionally stunted men. Well not in real life of course, just in my entertainment. Cause I know I could totally change them. Although I must say that Lt. Uhura seems to be doing just fine.

If you feel inclined to make and share icons, I know a couple of people who would be grateful. Hint hint.

Hee, yes! I remember watching a few of the original series episodes and the fourth movie and loving him the most, but now? Full fledged adoration! Definitely the emotionally stunted men thing. Data was awesome too. :D

I'll try! I haven't made icons in a while (since...Christmas? Gah.) but the movie is so pretty so I'll try. :)

Oh god I put together posts in my head and forget to write them allll the time.

I have done the same thing to my icons. And have started downloading the original series. It's an amazing addiction. Spock is my new bff. <3

Yep. I do that WAY too often. That's why my posts come out like lists because I keep storing up thoughts. Aaaghh.

Heh, I agree! I've been watching a lot of clips. It's so much fun. Spock is awesome. :D

I went right home and started pulling out my assorted Star Trek DVDs and popping them in the DVD player. (Luckily, I already have all three seasons of TOS and all the movies...)

Oh yeah -- I started trying to get the movies! We had IV, V, and Generations, oddly enough. But now I'm trying to get 'em in order. As well as TOS. :D

II and IV were always my favorites, but the new one's right up there in my little trekkie heart. I saw it twice yesterday, lol.

My new crush is that Chris Pine. He just came out of nowhere and HES SO PRETTEH.

Those two are fantastic. Those and the new one are competing in my head. :D

Chris Pine is ADORABLE. I watched him in Princess Diaries 2 last night and he was so cute!
