Aw, thanks. Why did we go to the Superman event? Because it was there! Sounds more impressive when one is talking about climbing mountains...

To be fair, I DID meet RL author in a fannish setting of sorts - this is one of the other 'young girls' from the Sherlock Holmes convention I went to a ways back. But one of the many ways in which ACD fandom is different is that people use their legal names as a matter of course. (The young ones did exchange Twitter handles, but my twitter and LJ/DW don't match, so... it's blind betaing.)

Is it wrong that when I got to the cookies part I realized I would have been totally down with a Superman Unchained party? Stupid cookies. (I'm glad you're not dead!)
