Suggest that incidence of Inmate-caused fatalities significantly reduced by implementation of "tit-for-tat" punishment for homicide: Killer suffers same death as victim, simultaneous with death of victim.

Offer of assistance with communication devices remains open.

Suggest that Warden caused deaths invite the exact same consequences. Why should they get a free pass when--and it is not an if, it is a when--one of them decides to abuse their powers?

Suggestion inclusive of Warden as offender. Original complainant concerned with issue of Inmate-on-Inmate violence.

Fair enough. I for one do not much care so long as things don't get even more unbalanced in the Wardens' favor.

Understood.

[Pause.]

Increased resentment against Wardens ostensibly disruptive to aims of system.

The old "Eye for an Eye" method? That's real revolutionary.

Not to mention bloody stupid. Anyone'll behave if it's that or horrible pain. That's not the same as reforming.

[He knows from experience.]

Solution not germane to process of rectification, only perceived high homicide rate.

Suggest process of rectification made easier by subject remaining alive for larger percentage of the process rather than focusing energy on survival, revenge.

Still, seems a bit much. Especially since sometimes people have a bloody good reason for killing. Like to keep themselves from being the ones killed.

Considered. Assailants under tit-for-tat scenario already under threat of death if successful in killing victim; potential victim (or other) retaliation not currently sufficient deterrent in most cases. Immediate consequences potentially more effective.

A seemingly simple solution, but flawed. There are too many other variables to consider.

Define additional variables.

It only accounts for death, not wounding. If you go there, you have to specify how terrible the wounding is. There's also the motive behind the killing. Self defense or...other. Would they be punished, as well?

People hurt and kill each other, despite restrictions.

"Despite" not sufficient reason to cease attempts to refine restrictions.

Nonfatal attacks not included by clause. [Yet.] Self-defense included.

I vote against that suggestion.

Of course.

Noted.

...You're not a guy that can actually put these policies through or anything, right? Just someone making a suggestion?

No.

JA307020 restricted to enforcement of policy within line of sight. [And hearing. And anything he sees on the network. And...]

Why are you asking about liver?

[OOC: Re. the knives Rinzler took from Rayne's cache, were they still on him when he was attacked by Sylvanas? If he hid them in his cabin first, would it be safe to assume Toshiko searched it and found them while he was recovering, or not?]

Have researched treatment for traumatic anemia. [...And might be making these replies while sitting next to half a pound of RAW LIVER. Yum!]

((ooc: "hid" would be generous; they just got dumped on the floor when he staggered back after getting arrow'd. c: So that's fine.))

[FACEPALM.] You've already been treated for traumatic anaemia. That's what doctors do. They treat people. All you need now is time and rest.

[OOC: lolol okay. Also, because the kitchen is well-secured that's a 'probably not' on the raw liver. :c]

Supplemental iron not required? [THIS IS PROBABLY RELIEF.]

((ooc: PROBABLY A GOOD THING. Rinzler + raw liver = disaster.))
