I just had a snug for a year, and while it's basically the coolest piercing ever, it wouldn't heal. Trust me, this sucker will get caught on/bang against EVERYTHING. The girl who pierced me told me they very rarely heal, and I ultimately had to take it out because it was too much of a nuissance.
