remember when?

I remember when M&M's came out with the blue M&Ms. I was in first grade and it was the coolest thing in the world. Before then, there had only been brown, red, green, yellow and orange. Then-BAM-blue M&Ms came out of nowhere. It rocked my 6-year old world. I would take my bag of delicious candies and slowly work my way through, one color at a time

So I was just at Outdoor School with Fermatta (Kate) who says she knows you. And she wants to learn how to play Risk.

I felt similarly about sour skittles. My mom took me to the market, and I begged her to buy me one of those magical green pouches of sourness. First I'd eat one of each color, and then maybe a handful all at once for maximum sourness. I'd bite them in half and match them, sort them by color, etc. It was wonderful.

i don't remember when the blue one arrived but i do remember the contest when the selected the purple mm, that's was only around for about a year.
