Yesterday we went to Massachusetts Family court to finalize the adoption in Massachusetts. Soon Livia will have a U.S. birth certificate (does this make her eligable to be president?) I've been up for a long time now, but I seem to be in that state where I am so tired I can't get back to sleep. We're all back home now. Livia received her IR3 visa in Guangzhou and should receive citezenship automatically. It is strange to be back. Now that there are as many adults as babies I am a bit worried how we will handle them. Also Livia ( Read more... )

Life with Livia has been tough... On Monday we got her in a ceremony in the conference room at another hotel. She was quiet and had a raspy cough. I believe she was in shock at the time.
