Yep, Josh can make anything sweetly amusing with his lovely voice. But I just feel like this was an epic fail in terms of a wasted opportunity to use those three amazing actors.

Yeah, you seem to be describing that show in general. I hate it. It makes me want to claw my eyes out when it's on TV. It's not because I find it offensive. It's because it's freaking STUPID. And annoying.

Anyway-- OH NOEZ I've been reading about your computer troubles!!!!! This is awful!!!! If you have to give the loaner back, how long until you have a computer??

Yessssssssssss! (sorry, this is my reaction to the first message from you on LJ in what seems like a freakin' YEAR!)

But to address the question - I really don't get WHY CBS put HIMYM on Family Guy. I suspect it "promotes" the show or something. And, lame. Wish I had a Family Guy Fail icon! But I can't make icons anymore. My photoshop has gone to the software grave in the sky.

And I have no idea what computer I'll be using from day to day which does my head in when it comes to writing fic or downloading stuff. I'm surprised I've done anything at all since you've been away!!! HOPEFULLY I'll get back old-and-broken lappy on Wednesday now and it'll be less-broken lappy and I'll keep it for about two weeks. Until shiny-happy-new lappy arrives!

Yeah, I don't really get it either. But the thing is, Family Guy is not a CBS show. It's on FOX. And even when it was "resurected" it was still a FOX show. So I doubt CBS was affiliated at all. (They've been sued for not having the rights to things they've spoofed, so...)

So who knows.

Yeesh, if I had lotsa money I'd send you a new computer right now. Unfortunatley I spent all my money this week. I'll cross my fingers for you instead!

Well, perhaps CBS are trying to cross promote to FOX? They mentioned the title of the show in a very heavy-handed way! I kow nothing about american TV!

And it's not the money! It's the time it takes procurement to order the damn lappy. Grrrr
