I think your current mood says it all for me. This is really intriguing. I love Robin's dynamic with the kids - of course they'll experience their first cigarette with her! And I love your description of Robin from Luke's eyes. It was one of his earliest memories of his Aunt - the wreathes of smoke and fresh air and expensive perfume. Her smile, her low, dirty laugh. This place.

Thank you! I just loved the idea of it. I have a whole theory about that spot in Central Park (from when I was there a few years ago) - although that inscription doesn't exist in real life of course.

Just thought of a possible glitch: Without Barney Robin would've had to move back to Canada. But then she only really quit her job 'cause Barney made her promise... you better post the next part soon. (i have homework.. which I am neglecting at the moment)
