Neville isn't Ida's type of guy. He isn't even the sort of person she likes. She prefers people who get up and go crazy. Yet somehow she'd found herself really liking Nev. He's sort of adorable.
She's always hoping she can get Nev to come out of his shell more. She can tell he's a great guy and wants nothing more than to help him. It's because of this that she's always going to be friendly and kind towards him. That and because she would count him as her best guy friend. Only not in that way.
Even though she counts him as a friend she can't help but talk aout him behind her back sometimes. Not in a really bad way just in conversation "I'm not Neville" Yes it's mean but she does love him really. <3
Ida considers Zee a real good friend. Sometimes she's a bit shocked by the things she does or the way she acts but the the best part she tries to take it all in her stride. She knows how Zee can get sometimes and tries not to get bothered by it that much.
Ida has kind of figured out how Zee works, she gets her sort of. So she doesn't feel like she doesn't know what to say or do around her, she thinks that she can be herself, relax and have fun around Zee. And get drunk.
In some ways Zillah brings out Ida's more reckless side. If around her she'll be tempted to do more stupid things that usual and just let go and have fun. Whether it be dancing when the music is up high or placing secret cameras anywhere, fun with Zillah is total fun.

Ida admires Winnie is a way. Cause she can easily be cool and calm and fun. Ida has to put effort into that. She would love to be able to do what Winnie does every day, even though she loves being herself too.
Their relationship is a simple friendly relationship. The two are alike and work well together, especially when it comes to gossip that the can talk about. Or hair care products.
Ida would pick Winnie if she had to pick her favourite "girly" kind of friend. The type you can tell anything and chat for hours about trivial stuff to.
