Off the 'scrip meds and onto good ol' ibuprofen, which is working fine. Incisions healing well but into the itchy stage, and my skin has become so sensitive that the adhesive on the bandages (as well as on the various monitor-pads they had on me during surgery) raised welts. Home from the hospital. Procedure was more involved than expected, but no complications.

Kaga has settled down quite a lot. He's generally less aggressive overall and less prone to biting. He still does it, but not as frequently as he did the first several weeks.
