I had a dream that I wanted to wear a very specific pair of shoes, and no matter what I did, I couldn't find those shoes anywhere.

I made sure to put those shoes on when I got dressed this morning.

(Not particularly related, but have I mentioned lately how utterly meaningless my job is?)

According to my dreams, the wives of the top four Democratic presidential candidates all look and dress like Tricia Nixon circa 1968. (Teresa Heinz Kerry had a particularly appalling periwinkle blue outfit dripping in white lace.) I really don't know what this indicates about my feelings on the wives of policitians.

I had a very odd dream that started out as an extended costume event (think SCA) and then somehow turned into a *real* histrocal-setting witchfinder scenario, with me leading the fight against the witchfinder. When I'm very tired and/or very stressed, I tend to have extremely odd and extremely vivid dreams.

Even so, last night's combination of Mucha-decorated tea parties, ComiCon, and vintage gay S&M porn is way beyond my ability to parse.
