My favorite is #3: there's a lovely contrast between the black background and the bright subject. The coloring is very subtle and pale, and the crop is nice too.

My least favorite is #5: it's a tad over-sharpened and the contrast between lights, mid-tones and shadows is a little too strong and abrupt.

i like 5 best. she looks like one of the characters. i had to look twice to realize she was not a drawing :) beautiful coloring. the eyes really are compelling.

1 i like the least because it just looks too busy to me.

the ones in the middle are cute and vibrant. nice crops and good colors.

5 is my favorite. i like the eyes and the negative space. and the hair it's got good movement. my least favorite is 4. mostly because the red things on the right side are a bit distracting. i like the other three too. the 3rd because of the dark subject against the light background, and the grid of the shoji.

4 is the best for me, because i like the clarity and the color of it.

1 is my least favorite because i don't like the icon in general: the crop, the colors, the additional stuff (?). but if you separate these things, they're all very good. my tip is that you could turn it toblack and white with a little soft edge.

i also like 3 but it's not very useful as an icon.

best for me is numba 2, the colour so rich and vibrant, the crop is good like capturing the moment...but number5 also a good icon!
on the other side number 1 is my least, the colour seems fine but the cropping not as good as the other..

My favorite is #4: it's a pretty b/w icons with a lovely crop and a nice soft contrast.

My least favorite is #1: it's a little over-sharpened, and the texture covers a bit of the sea. Maybe you should have erased/masked that part of the texture and blurred the upper edge of the sea to even them out a little more.

Favorite: #1. Lovely coloring and cropping! =D #3 is also hilarious.

Least favorite: #4. Not a fan of the cropping, and I think it could have done with a bit more contrast.

my fav. is #1, I like your coloring there and I think your cropping isn't bad either, the least would probably 3, I like your composition but I think the colors are too bright, making people hard to see.
I also like your #5 icon, the negative space is pretty, and the typography is gorgeous ♥

Your icons all have a golden-ish sheen to them, and in some cases it translates as a bit too yellowish but on a whole, they're amaaazing, especially #5 ♥
