I took a cap from In the beginning by oxoniensis

Duplicate the base, set to screen

Layer >> New adjustment layer >> Curves
RGB: 1st point (I 65, O 114), 2nd (139,180)
RED: 1st (57,80), 2nd (100,107), 3rd (173,164)
GREEN: 1st (71,83), 2nd (132,145)
BLUE: 1st (74,81), 2nd (117,164)
Lower the opacity to 54%

Layer >> New fill layer >> Solid color >> #25110A
set to soft light 11%

Layer >> New adjustment layer >> Photo Filter
Cool Filter (82): lower the opacity to 20%

Layer >> New adjustment layer >> Selective Color
R: -76, +5, 15, 10
Y: -44, +6, -33, 13
G: 31, -3, 0, -2
C: 100, 11, -40, 100
N: 8, 0, -7, 9

another Selective Color layer
R: 9, 6, 40, 16
Y: 34, 0, -28, 0
N: 17, 5, 7, -10

Layer >> New fill layer >> Solid color >> #32170D
set to exclusion 86%

another Fill layer set to exclusion, this time with #000220, opacity 48%

Last step, very important:
Layer >> New adjustment layer >> Brightness/Contrast
Brightness: +8
Contrast: +40
set to overlay
