Made with Photoshop 6.
Start out with this base
I got this base from A vanity fair shoot about young Hollywood. If you want to check it out go to
vanityfair.com 1. Create a new fill layer and fill it with the color 090D38. And set to exclusion 100%.
2. Create another fill layer and fill it with FBE2CA. And set to multiply 100%
3. Once again, create another fill layer with the color BBF6FF. And set to Color Burn 50%
4. Create your last fill layer and fill it with the color 332915. And set to Hard Light 25%
5. Now take this texture [from?]
and set the layer to screen 100%
6. Take this image
[which is the base image done in a pencil sketch, for more information read the stuff on the bottom of the tutorial*] and set the layer to multiply 50%
7. Now, take this texture [from
indie notebook]
and set to multiply 100%
8. Now select all and copy merged [edit>copy merged]. Then go to paste and paste the image as a new layer.
9. Finally, go to variations [image>adjust>variations] and click more red only ONCE.
And you are FINISHED!!!!
* For the pencil sketch of the image I used the program called paint.net. It is a free program, and similar to photoshop. I use it sometimes to make my images glow, inky, or have a pencil sketch look. It has a lot of features. If you are interested in a download go to
