I´m goin to work with this image of the beauty Kate Bosworth... image from  Kate-Bosworth.org ...

1.- Prepare your base as you want..
2.- New adjustment Layer > Hue/Saturation> Saturation +25
3.- New adjustment Layer > Color Balance> Midtones > Cyan  -50  //   Checked Preserve Luminosity
4.- Fill a new layer with # 93D7FA  set to Color Burn (or Burn) 50%
5.- Fill a new layer with # F0B7B7 set to  Color Burn (or Burn) 50%
6.- Fill a new layer with # 05082E set to Exclusion 100%
7.- Duplicate the Exclusion Layer
8.-Duplicate the Base bring on top, set to Soft Light 100%
