Simple Tutorial
We'll be making this: 
1. Prepare your base image (resize, sharpen, ect.)
2. Make a new fill layer with #74B1AF. Set on Soft light, 100% opacity.
3. Make a gradient that goes from black to #FF3581. Set on screen with 50% opacity.
4. Now make a new layer and set it on screen. Take a round brush with a bright pink, such as #FF0F86. Set the hardness on 10, or around that, and the opacity at 100. Put the brush where ever it looks best.
5. Add text, and merge.
**Note- Mess with the opacity of the layers, see what looks best. And you might want to duplicate the base, and set it to soft light. But every icon is different.
