Tutorials for these colorings?

im new here and i cant seem to get the colorings for these icons, does anyone have tutorials to this kind of colorings? im sorry if this has been asked before!

third one: [pspx] this one was uber hard, and im sure it was something simple with curves, but yea... sometimes curves hates me.

duplicate screen
duplicate soft light
new layer // fill with #14063e set to exclusion at 100% opacity
new layer // fill with #ffec99 set to darken at 100% opacity
merge all // press ctrl+c // ctrl+z
paste and set it to soft light at 63% opacity
adjust >> brightness and contrast >> threshold at 130 [i did this to get that glowosh white around them, depending on the picture, and not to much white]
adjust >> blur >> gaussian blur set to 10
merge all // press ctrl+c // ctrl+z
layers >> new adjustment layer >> color balance

color levels:
midtones: [-59] [29] [10]

merge all // press ctrl+c // ctrl+z
adjust >> hue/saturation >> hue/saturation

hue: [-9]
saturation: [36]

new layer >> fill with #0b0c15 and set to exclusion
go to your brushes and select a round brush with the hardness really low and make a line
