love both of these tutorials, especially the second one. i used it (or at least a variation of it) on one of my favorite images and it looks beautiful.

Lovely tutorials! I may use them to help me achieve the soft faded coloring look, even though I'm using a different program than Photoshop. Thanks for posting!
