Vintage ~decorative~ Style Tutorial

Dec 27, 2010 12:35

Hello there! Well this is my first post here. I hope I'm doing it well. if not please tell me.

I've read the rules of this group so at the end of the tutorial I'll put notes.

NOTE. This tutorial is a long image. [why? because livejournal keeps deleting all the stuff I write as soon as I type, so this is a copy and paste from my notes~]

Preview.

your teaser image exceeds the allowed limit of this community (no more than 400px in any dimension). please either reduce it's size or place it under your lj-cut as well.

also, this post is right on the line of the minimum standard for inclusion in this community. although you have included the rudiments of "what," consider adding more "how" and "why" in the future. the point, for the community, is about the explanation, not about the recipe.

Thank you very much, and yep, in the next tutorials I'll consider more "how" and "why".

Thank you for posting this as an image. I quite like it that way, since I can save it to my computer and use it that way as well. This is a beautiful technique, so thank you for allowing us to learn it.:)
