Animated gif within a normal picture question

So I've been looking for tutorials about this and I can't seem to find the right one so does anyone know how to make gifs like this.

well you increase the canvas size of the animation and add the color layer on top of the other layers but make sure you have all the frames of the animation selected starting with the first one

In our Memories, this would actually be considered a "mini-movie." The last time it was really in vogue was a while ago so most of the directions you'll find will be for PS7, but CS3 works essentially the same way (just with ImageReady better integrated).
