Opening animated GIF in PS3

file>import video frames to layers>then put a * in the file name and hit enter. You should now see the animation your looking for just click and open like normal.

I tried that one, but it started to whine about needing Quicktime 7.1 or higher. Seemed a bit much to download a new program to be able to open an icon, but I will do just that now.

It sure did! Adobe should put it in their help files that having Quick Time is pretty essential to getting their PS to work! ;)
