So, I mentioned in my last post that I'd already done my Photoshop project for this week, and so I have. It's not from a tutorial, but rather just from me messing around to see what I could do. I've been trying to develop my skills so that I can start doing more recolors of Sims content, and so I'm exploring the basics of what can be done with

And I had no idea there were brushes like that out there (I mean for the trees), actually thought you were working over a photo at first. Very nice job!

Beautiful!! I can't believe that's all Photoshop elements--I thought for sure you started with a base photo of the trees. I say, for a first try, that's awesome!

I had a very old version of Photoshop on my old computer, and while it was cantankerous and more than a bit of a challenge to figure out how to use, there were certain aspects of it that I liked a great deal more than what I'm using now (PSP 8). Alas, the disk is lost somewhere, and I'm not even sure if it would install on Vista, anyway. ^^;; So I am doubly appreciative of what you were able to do, with this pic--I couldn't do that!
