So I went to go into Word last night to edit some things, and it won't work. Seems I needed to enter in the product key to Office, which I didn't get a prompt to do in the first place. As someone who worked in retail for 5 years that makes me grit my teeth. People like that are the reason so many customers thought in order to get decent service they had to be as rude, obnoxious and abrasive as they possibley could. Gr!

I know! What gets me is that even though I've been out of retail for a few years, I still thank everyone and wish them a good day. Checkers give me weird looks and don't return the sentiments, but I think it's just hard wired in my brain. Oh well.
