The ep must be great and Bela i already almost love. Just imagine for a minute - some part of the ep Dean will be happy and cocky and has feeling that he can do everything and success... those parts when he does have rabbit foot - oh, my... I'm Batman says it all :)
It's awesome isn't it? I would have liked if Sam was still unconscious when Dean found him and we got more of a brotherly moment but what can you do. Kripke still needs to put Sam in a hospital :p
