On Urbandictionary.com, "Binghamton" is defined as hell except frozen over, or something close to that in meaning. I can't really imagine a place where weather could be so consistently worse than that of Binghamton's. Even Binghamton has fake summers. But then again, you've lived in both areas for a long time. Scary thoughts.
