I pulled up and hung the mitzuna today to dry the seeds out, pulled up the stump of the cauliflower, and planted pink fir apple potatoes where they'd been. Hopefully, I have potatoes in my future!

You should look up TENS units. They're tiny electro muscular stimulation devices that are excellent for drug free pain control.

I've tried TENS units before at the Physiotherapist. I'm not sure they helped me much.
I have electricity issues. Any electric shock, even static leaves me feeling awful for a while and I seem to have too much of my own electricity. I kill watches and when iamshdow, a friend and I went to a science museum there was this thing where you put your hands on conductive plates and it made a dial move. Ruth and our friend barely moved the needle but when I tried, it went off the charts.
Don't know if that's actually to do with the electricity issues or not though.

Thank you though I'll try one again through the physio and see if it helps the new kind of pain.

(btw this is Ruth's partner, Emma)
