Good luck with the infection. But just in case, be sure to explore with your doctor hard ass antibiotics (sinus infections are tough), getting a consult with an Ear, Nose, and Throat doctor, rinsing the sinuses out (neti pots are good for that), vacuuming the sinuses out (the ENT guy will know about that), and, at the worst, surgery.

Hope you're back on your feet (metaphorically speaking) soon.
