Obviously, your neighbor never paid much attention to all those Smokey The Bear commercials as a kid.

Yeah...they may not be from America originally, so it's entirely possible they didn't *have* Smokey the Bear where they're from. They should have, though. Or, you know, common sense. But what fun is that.
