Beautiful! I was driving to Los Angeles when my girlfriend told me the 4 was up. I didn't have time to check LJ this morning, so she read it to me while I was driving. Beautiful! Great ending. Well done! :)

Aww...I'm so sad that it's over. This has been my favorite story of the new ones you started). You managed to convey their emotion and their connection so well...it made me feel it :) I love it when a story does that, and I must admit I was looking forward to their first time together. I'm not complaining though, this is perfect too, that after a year of letters, and yearning, they found their way to each other, and they're going cross country TOGETHER.

Aaw, i'm so sorry you didn't get the love scene... I wanted to convey their love for each other even without the love scene (and to write one story which wasn't NC-17). I wanted to write something innocent and clumsily youthful, just getting them on the path of figuring things out. I was thinking of having a love scene before they left, but i felt it was more important for them to leave everything behind to start a new chapter. I guess i thought the most important thing was their love, even without the physical side to it, even without being in the same country. And now that they're together, they can explore that too;)
