i used to love it there, but after like 4-5 months, i got bored. LJ is the best! i like knowing that people care about me, and not about how fast i can churn out fancy gifs...

*hug* Same to you! Ugh Tumblr...I admit I've gotten sucked back in since the last DDoS attacks and downtime, but never would i give up LJ! :( I wish we could all go back to how things were in middle schoolpre-Tumblr....:/

And as long as you plan to reply someday, I understand! ;). I often suck at it too for similar reasons...

Aww! *huggles* i long for that time... :'( when there was no tumblr and there was discussion here on LJ, and people still cared about each other more than they cared about churning out gifs or staring at them.

lol i do, i did some catching up today, but i'm still like GET HERE ALREADY, WEEKEND! LJ AND I HAVE A DATE!! :P

Heh, there was apparently a ~Tumblr Blackout~ yesterday in protest of all the ~changes, and NGL I almost wanted to specifically go on Tumblr yesterday in spite, lol, though I didn't end up doing so b/c I didn't have the time...I mean, I do get Tumblr's uses and enjoy it at times, but if the new changes make people angry and bring them back to LJ (at least two old flisters have recently been making motions to return to LJ more regularly), then it's all to the better in my book!

Weekends are good for that, I'm so glad this one is three days for us! ;)
