When colleges approach issues like this, floor/suite/room mates are often put in the package even though they are innocent. This letter is a great way to respond and will most likely result in them apologizing to you.

thanks :)... yea this is pretty ridiculous...but apparently it happens to everyone. hmmmm you would think the school (being a WET campus) could figure out that THEY are the source of the problem... **besides the fact that I don't even drink**
