The original Sweet Valley High books are being re-printed. I spotted one in ASDA today.  I'm not sure about the new covers but I guess the original 1980s versions do look a bit 'Mills and Boon'.

Not sure about those new covers. It's very similar to what they've done with the revamped Enid Blyton books!

Remember going to the library almost every other day to see if they had any new SVH or Sweet Dreams books in when I was a teen :D

Me too, but mine were the junior version 'Sweet Valley Twins' and 'The Babysitters Club' books. My mum and my english teacher were in a constant state of despair and kept trying to encourage me to read something more 'challanging'! Tee Hee.
