We've exhausted every fix we could find for my mp3 player. Every suggestion, official and un-, every idea no matter how ridiculous was tried. We even considered trying to find tiny star shaped hex wrenches to open the thing up (hell, it's not under warranty). We spent hours researching and hours and hours testing. No change
